Though registered in 15/-6/2004 and is only in operation for 20 years, Little Swan is widely recognized as a provider for Building Mechanical and Electrical Services in ME01 – L5 grade, Air Conditioning, Refrigerant & Ventilation Works and ME05-L1 grade, Electrical Engineering registered company under Building and Construction Authority.

The Company participates in the tendering of ACMV Government Projects through Tender Websites that includes New Building Contracts, Additions and Alterations of Existing Building. Importantly, the company has a team of specialist members and with their expertise, We Co-ordinate to fulfil every cilents’ requirements.

Specialist members in the tender department keep track and record of all services in ACMV tender websites that we review every month on our competitors cost implementations on every project. This makes us more competitive. Members in the project team specialize in scheduling every project and coordinating with our clients to provide good service report.

With a team of specialist members, the company handles a total project amounting over S$10 million for the past two years.
